BY SUBMITTING AN ORDER/PAYMENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE FULL UNDERSTANDING OF THESE TERMS OF CONDITIONS AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THIS CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND THE COMPANY.
- GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- 1.1 By submitting a Payment, you acknowledge that the purchase is made for personal and non-commercial use only.
- 1.2 All the rights to papers provided belong to The Company.
- 1.3 The Company does not encourage or take part in plagiarism or any other kind of academic fraud or dishonesty.
We strongly adhere to copyright laws and do not knowingly allow our Customers to violate copyright laws. - 1.4 By receiving a written material, you agree that the paper delivered will be used by you as an example document for research use.
In case of borrowing the ideas from written material all, the references must be properly cited and attributed to the Company to avoid academic dishonesty. - 1.5 A Company is not liable for unethical, illegal or inappropriate use of the materials we provide.

- USE OF PERSONAL DATA
- 2.1 Our website automatically collects the information about website visitors, including your browser type, time of your visit and operating system. This data is solely used with the view of improving our website's content and optimizing it and is never sold or shared with third parties.
- 2.2 During the registration process, you are required to provide your personal information, including your name, email address and phone number. This information is used for identifying you as a Customer and is 100% confidential. The Company does not share, rent or sell the information about its Customers to the third parties.
- 2.3 To prevent fraud the Company reserves the right to solicit:
- A photo-copy of Customer's ID (Driver's License, Passport or other Government issued document).
- A photo-copy of Customer's credit card (the digits or numbers can be hidden except for the last four numbers).
- 2.4 All the IDs received by the Company are used only to verify your identity and to prevent online fraud; all the copies of IDs are deleted immediately upon review.
- GUARANTEES
- 3.1 By accepting Payment for your Order, the Company guarantees:
- Timely delivery (before the deadline or no later than within 12 hours after the deadline);
- Plagiarism-free essay (no direct copy/paste);
- Adherence to instructions you provide;
- Feedback to your messages within 24 hours;
- Non-disclosure of personal information;
- Free Revisions according to our Terms and Conditions;
- Refunds in cases outlined by this agreement.
- 3.2 As a Customer, you agree to:
- Provide all personal data requested by the Company (your personal data is protected by our Privacy Policy).
- Place all your Orders with necessary instructions - books, journal articles, questions or any other materials. The instruction provided by the Customer, personal information and any other materials sent to the Company will not be disclosed to the third parties.
- A clear and full instruction, a clarification or specific sources crucial for successful completion of the Order must be sent according to the time schedule mentioned below:
- For Orders with deadline of 48 hours and more comprehensive and full instructions and sources must be provided in 8 hours.
- For Orders with 24 hours deadline comprehensive and full instructions and sources must be delivered in 1 hour.
- For Orders with 12 hours deadline comprehensive and full instructions and sources must be provided in 20 minutes.
- Answer clarification questions from Administrator or Writer in a timely manner (no later than within 12 hours for Orders with deadline of 48 hours and more and no later than within 3 hours for Orders with 12-24 hours deadline).
If the Customer provides instruction, crucial clarification or specific sources without which our Writer cannot start working on the Order later than stated above, the deadline is extended for the period of time expended for clear and comprehensive instruction reception. For example, if the Customer has chosen a 12 hours deadline, but clear and comprehensive instruction is provided in 3 hours and 20 minutes after the moment of Payment, the Order is to be delivered in 12 hours after the moment we receive final instruction; thus, the Order is delivered in 15 hours and 20 minutes after the moment of Payment.
In case of late provision or non-provision of the instructions any claims about refund are rejected. - To provide full amount of Payment for Orders as required by the instructions for your Order. In cases if additional Payment is required due to contradiction between Order options and Order instruction (e.g. the number of pages the Customer paid for contradicts the number of pages stated in the instructions, etc.), The Company starts working on an Order only after additional Payment is received.
If the Customer does not provide the additional Payment, the Company reserves the right not to deliver the paper to the Customer. In this case, the money paid for an Order is kept as a credit to be used for future Orders of the Customer and any claims about refund are rejected. - It is the responsibility of the Customer to provide the Company with a valid email address. The Company is not responsible for any delivery issues caused by spam filters, lack of internet access or invalid email address provided.
- 3.1 By accepting Payment for your Order, the Company guarantees:
- PLAGIARISM
- 4.1 The acceptable level of plagiarism in written or rewritten paper is set to 10%.
- 4.2 Edited and proofread papers are not checked for plagiarism as these types of services do not imply the change of the paper content. The claims about plagiarism in edited or proofread papers are not accepted.
- 4.3 Written papers are checked for plagiarism using special software: advanced plagiarism detector. Plagiarism report is provided by the Company upon Customer's request. The software analyzes copies of the text existing on the web only and does not analyze PDF files. If the Customer has a claim concerning plagiarism from PDF files, it does not result in a refund. In this case, the Customer should indicate plagiarism issues and deliver the paper to the Writer for further amendments.
- 4.4 If the paper contains over 10% of plagiarism from web sources, the Customer gets a 100% refund for a particular Order.
- 4.5 If the Customer fails to provide the Company with strong evidence of plagiarism in a paper the claims about refund are rejected.
- MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
- 5.1 The Customer is entitled to claim a 100 % refund in following cases:
- In case of paper non-delivery due to Company's failure. If non-delivery is a result of Customer's failure to provide full amount of Payment or/and clear comprehensive instructions, claims about a 100% refund are denied.
- If a Paper was delivered later than 12 hours after the deadline due to Company's failure. If late delivery is a result of Customer's failure to provide full amount of Payment or/and clear comprehensive instructions and/or necessary clarifications, claims about a 100% refund are denied.
- In case of Payment inaccuracy (if the Customer pays for 2 or more identical Orders when only 1 Order is required to be completed and/or in case of doubled billed Orders). The Customer should inform the Administrator about the issue and ask for a refund within 12 hours after the moment of Payment. Otherwise, the money is left as a credit for the future Orders of the Customer.
- In case of plagiarism, according to the Terms and Conditions stated above.
- 5.2 The Customer is entitled to claim a 50 % refund in following cases:
- If the Customer informs the Company that paper delivery is no longer required provided that less than 50% of time before the deadline is left.
- If the Customer used a discount for an Order.
- 5.3 The customer is entitled to request for a refund as per these Terms and Conditions within 14 days from the moment of paper delivery (except the cases of payment inaccuracy: if the Customer pays for 2 or more identical Orders when only 1 Order is required to be completed and/or in case of doubled billed Orders). After 14 days period all claims and requests for a refund are rejected.
- 5.1 The Customer is entitled to claim a 100 % refund in following cases:
- REVISION POLICY
- 6.1 To order a free Revision the Customer should provide the Company with detailed instruction for Revision with comments and suggestions on paper improvement or indicate in the paper content the issues that require further amendments. Instruction for Revision should not contradict the initial instructions for an Order. Such comments as "Bad paper" and/or "Poor quality" etc. are not considered as grounds for performing free Revision.
- 6.2 The Customer is entitled to ask for free Revision in the following time frame:
- Within 7 days from the moment of paper delivery for Orders which are up to 15 pages in length. After 7 days from the moment of paper delivery requests for free Revisions are are rejected.
- Within 14 days from the moment of paper delivery for Orders over 15 pages in length. After 14 days from the moment of paper delivery requests for free Revisions are rejected.
- 6.3 Free Revisions are not offered for Editing, Proofreading or Rewriting services.
- CREDIT CARD FRAUD AND CHARGEBACK
- 7.1 The unauthorized use of a stolen Credit Card or misrepresentation of your identity as a Customer is immediately reported to the law enforcement agencies for investigation. Company collaborates with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx) to fight online crime. All fraudulent or potentially fraudulent Orders are immediately reported for investigation and prosecution.
- 7.2 Chargeback initiated by the Customer for already completed Order is automatically reported to the Internet Crime Complaint Center. In such cases, the paper written is posted on the internet for commercial purposes.
The Company reserves the right to update given Terms and Conditions without prior notifications of the Customers. The Customer is obliged to review these Terms and Conditions from time to time since any changes are reflected in this section of the website.
